William M. Greenblatt, Chairman
William M. Greenblatt is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sterling Infosystems Inc., one of the leading global providers of pre-employment screening services. Recognized as a leader in the industry , he has more than 30 years of experience in the pre-employment screening field and was honored in June 2006 by Ernst & Young as Entrepreneur of the Year. Under his leadership, Sterling has received honors as a Member of the Inc. 5,000 fastest growing companies in the United States, Deloitte & Touche LLP's 500 fastest growing technology companies in North America, Deloitte & Touche LLP's 50 fastest growing technology companies in the New York area, and InfoWorld Magazine's Top 10 Best IT Projects of 2007. Bill holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Maryland and a JD from Cardozo Law School.

Andrew S. Harris, CEO

Andrew S. Harris brings more than 25 years of general and risk management expertise in the financial services industry to Bishops having served in executive positions at Barclays Bank Plc, Merrill Lynch and other financial services firms. Since 2002, he has been actively involved in the development of Sterling's international background screening capabilities including the creation and growth of its Mumbai facility. Andy has a strong background in the application of technology in the employment screening market and has served as the CEO of a software product firm. He holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and an MA in International Economics from the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University.

Marianne O'Keefe, President
Marianne O'Keefe is based in Bishops' Los Angeles office where she has been responsible for managing Bishops' due diligence background and asset search investigations for two decades, including leading all the firm's international engagements. Having joined Bishops in 1988, Marianne has herself conducted and supervised the completion of more than 5,000 corporate investigations across the globe. The breadth of global investigations conducted during her tenure has lead to longstanding personal relationships with investigative partners around the world. Prior to joining Bishops, Marianne served as an Intelligence Officer with the U.S. Government in Washington, D.C. A licensed private investigator in California and Arizona, Marianne is a member of several professional groups including the Council of International Investigators and the Association of Former Intelligence Officers. Marianne holds a B.A. degree in International Relations from Stonehill College

Melissa Kelley, Executive Vice President

Melissa Kelley joined Bishops in 2009 bringing with her a decade of experience in corporate due diligence and background investigations. She is responsible for Bishops' New York investigations group. Prior to joining Bishops, Melissa was a Managing Director at an investigative and risk mitigation consulting firm in New York City, responsible for conducting and managing due diligence investigations and intelligence-gathering projects. Melissa has led hundreds of investigations on behalf of clients in various business sectors, including investment banking and private equity firms, real estate investment trusts, commercial lending institutions and multinational law firms. Melissa is a Licensed Private Investigator by the New York Department of State, and is a member of several industry groups including: the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists and the American Society of Industrial Security. Melissa holds a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Shouvik Paul, Vice President

Shouvik Paul joined Bishops in 2008 as the VP of Sales and Marketing. Prior to Bishops, Shouvik served as the Director of Business Development for SharedBook Inc., a Wall Street technology firm and as the Director of Business Development for Plum Benefits, the B2B marketing partner of numerous sports teams, events and shows in New York. Earlier in his career, Shouvik was the Director of Marketing for the YMCA of San Francisco & East Bay. Shouvik has spent a significant portion of his life living and working in different countries in Asia and brings an in-depth understanding of international cultures, markets and business practices to Bishops.
